Important : Please note that the first two version of MCL were Symbol Technologies specific. Version 3 is now still sold by Symbol, but also by many other manufacturers. Therefore all references made to Version 2, apply only to Symbol products All other vendors use Version 3 only.
All Version 3 Clients should be activated at the website www.mcl-license.com. This site can also be used to activate all PC based software such as MCL-Designer, MCL-Link, MCL Bridges and MCL-Net and their associated plugins. However, If your PC is on the Internet and you choose to activate your software having chosen the "On Line" option, then you do not need to visit the aforementioned web site since this will be accessed automatically by your PC without you being aware of this.
Important: Version 2 Clients (Symbol Clients Only) are still activated independently of this site using the MCL Loader Product in combination with "Interpreter License Units" purchased on a dongle.
Please note that the "License Management" option of the MCL-License.com wesite is for MCL Technologies Staff only and should NOT be accessed by MCL users.
